The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Retail Council convened under Council Vice President Galip Aykaç with the participation of Adem Başar, Director General of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and Mehmet Kayış, Head of the Electronic Commerce Department.
General Manager of Domestic Trade Adem Başar and Head of Electronic Commerce Department Mehmet Kayış consulted with Council Members on the legislation regulations concerning e-commerce.
