The forum, hosted by Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was attended European Bank for Reconstruction and Development President Odile Renaud-Basso, Asian Development Bank President Masatsugu Asakawa, Saudi Arabian Investment Minister Khalid al-Falih, World Trade Organization Deputy Director Xiangcheng Zhang, International Financial Institution Senior Vice President for Operations Stephanie von Frideburg and Turkish State Organization Aksakallar Council President Binali Yıldırım.  as well as more than 1,000 representatives from international organizations participated, along with more than 50 business people from Turkey.
