Durable Consumer Goods Council meets for sectoral evaluation

The Meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Durable Consumer Goods Council was held under the chairmanship of Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu with the participation of TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan A. Sadıkoğlu.​

At the meeting, Koç Holding Economic Research Coordinator Ahmet Çimenoğlu made an assessment of the current economic situation.

Following the briefing of Benan Arı, Legal Advisor of the Turkish Association of White Goods Industrialists (TURKBESD) on “Guidance on Price Information Ads and Discounted Sales Ads and Commercial Practices,” changes to the Law on Consumer Protection were evaluated by Gürkan Özkırım, Chairman of the Committee on Market Oversight and Supervision.
