The Council consulted on giving priority to direct or port-linked export shipments and raw material supply transports and ensuring the equal competition conditions necessary for the private sector to invest in the railway sector.

At the meeting, the issue of ensuring the transition to the contracted transportation system was also discussed.

The Council shared their views on the integration of the main ports into the railway system.
