The opening speeches of the meeting were made by TOBB Turkey Cosmetics and Cleaning Products Industry Council President Ahmet Pura and Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Chemicals Registration and Classification Branch Manager Ethem Yanar.

A presentation on the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals was made by Ahu Çekme, an Environment and Urbanization Expert, a presentation of the Chemical Recording System was made by Işıl Orhan, an Environment and Urbanization Expert, and a presentation of the Chemical Safety Assessment and Reporting System was made by Chemical Engineer Bektaş Kılıç.
