Within the scope of the Council agenda, a detailed presentation was made by TOBBUYUM General Manager Dr. Onur Yüksel about the TOBB Compliance and Dispute Resolution Center about the Center's working system, the importance of commercial contracts and the future of mediation.

Burcu Zengin, Representative of the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, made a presentation about the “Draft Law on Support and Measures for the Development of Data Center, Cloud Computing and Platform Services Sectors” and answered the questions of the council members.

In addition, Eser Telekom General Manager Serdar Güngör gave information about “Low Orbit Satellites” and the advantages and new opportunities offered by LEO Satellites were expressed.

Council President Rıdvan Uğurlu made a presentation on the content of the report titled “General Situation of the Telecommunication Sector after Covid-19, Problems and Solution Proposals” created with the contributions of the Council members and informed the members that the report has reached the final stage. It was decided that the members involved in the report would hold a finalization meeting.
