BIGG GARAGE Green Growth Program has started to receive new semester applications for TÜBİTAK BIGG grant support of 450.000 TL. Within the scope of the BIGG GARAGE Green Growth Program, which is carried out in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU), TürkTraktör, Hacettepe Teknokent TTM and Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University, solutions on productivity in agriculture with technology, sustainability in agriculture and digital solutions for farmers will be developed with Turkish Tractor mentors.

Within the scope of the Green Deal Action Plan, entrepreneur candidates who want to develop their project working on green technologies, which includes R&D and innovation and who want to establish their own company with a non-refundable 100% grant of TL 450,000, can apply for BIGG GARAGE by getting detailed information from etugaraj.org.

- What is BIGG Garage?

The BIGG Program is a non-refundable grant support program opened by TÜBİTAK to support projects involving “Technological R&D and Innovation.” Technology-based entrepreneurship trainings, business plan creation and project writing trainings and all mentoring supports provided within the scope of BIGG GARAGE Program are carried out free of charge by TOBB ETÜ TTO – GARAGE.

More than 1000 entrepreneurs participated in the entrepreneurship trainings that TOBB ETU Technology Transfer Office has been conducting online in more than 20 provinces within the scope of the BIGG GARAGE Program since 2015, more than 500 entrepreneurs participated in the mentoring program and 80 teams were entitled to receive non-refundable grant support of TL 13.1 million.

Technology-based entrepreneurship trainings, business plan creation and project writing trainings and all mentoring support to be provided within the scope of BIGG GARAGE Program will be carried out free of charge by TOBB ETÜ TTO – GARAGE.

- Who can apply?

Working on the themes of Climate Change, Environment and Biodiversity: Studies to Contribute to the Regulation of Climate Change, Carbon Emissions and Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Clean and Circular Economy, Clean, Accessible and Safe Energy Supply, Green and Sustainable Agriculture: Sustainable Agriculture from Farm to Fork and Sustainable Smart Transportation, including grant support R&D and innovation project BIGG GARAGE application conditions are as follows: be a student enrolled in or graduate of any associate's, bachelor's, master's or doctoral program. Not to have previously received support under the Ministry of Industry and Technology Techno-Venture Capital Support or TÜBİTAK 1512 Program Phase 2. Not to be in the shareholding structure of any enterprise as of the pre-application date.
