Of the 4,615 capacity reports approved in August: 1,282 were in Ä°stanbul, 337 in Ankara, 307 in Bursa, 287 in Ä°zmir, 190 in Konya, 155 in Kocaeli, 149 in Gaziantep, 125 in TekirdaÄŸ, 115 in Kayseri, 105 in Adana.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database was 83,292 in August 2021; the number reached 92,937 units in August 2022 with an increase of 11.6% (9,645 units).

According to the Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 9.3% (320,673 units) from 3,465,687 in August 2021 to 3,786,360 in August 2022.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
