The Second Session of the WP.30 Technical Implementation Body (TIB) of the United Nations Economic Commission for the European Union (BMAEK), which is the authorized body within the scope of digitization of TIR Transactions (eTIR), was held physically and online between 31 August 2022 and 2 September 2022.​

At the meeting, followed by the Transportation and Logistics Systems Department TIR Operations Directorate on behalf of TOBB, a presentation was made by Specialist Ahmet Karakaş on the issuance and use of Electronic TIR Carnets on behalf of the TIR Warranty Chain.
