The meetings were attended by the Ministry of Trade, General Directorate of EU and International Agreements and General Directorate of Customs, as well as TOBB Transportation and Logistics Systems Department, TIR Operations Directorate. By intervening in the decisions taken by TOBB, the interests of the Turkish private sector were protected. In this meeting, where important steps were taken for the digitization of the TIR System, it was decided to hold a workshop by the Workgroup and the TIR Experts Group (TIRExB), where TOBB will be represented in the process.
