TOBB Board of Directors Member Özer Matlı emphasized that the sector should keep up with too many unforeseen factors due to its structure, and emphasized the importance of being able to adapt quickly to these factors.

Council President Ülkü Karakuş also expressed the importance of food supply security in the world and Türkiye's efforts in this field.

While making evaluations for 2022, the Council Members expressed their sectoral expectations for 2023 and their thoughts on the work to be done by the Council. In this context, issues such as fairs held abroad, irrigation areas and added value in agricultural production were raised.

For the 12^th Development Plan, which is one of the agenda items, opinions were exchanged on issues such as land use in crop production and capacity utilization in the agricultural sector.
