In the workshop organized to understand the current situation of women's representation in company boards and top decision bodies in Türkiye and the benefits expected from the representation of women in company decision-making bodies, presentations were made by high-level representatives of the public and private sectors. The outputs obtained at the end of the program, which continued within the framework of parallel sessions, were shared and the actions planned to take place after the workshop were discussed.
