The number of the closed companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 89.54%, 71.85% and 65.77% respectively according to the previous month.

The number of newly established companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 30.13%, 4.29% and 13.22% respectively according to the same month of the previous year. The number of closed companies and sole proprietorships increased by 25.81% and 6.18% respectively, while cooperatives decreased by 13.11% according to the same month of the previous year.

In December 2012, 263 companies with foreign partners were established. 43 of these companies had Iranian partners while 32 had German partners. During the year of 2012, 3,703 companies with foreign partners were established. 775 of these companies had Iranian partners, 321 had German partners and 167 had Azerbaijani partners.
