TOBB Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mehmet Kaya, in his speech in which he explained the importance of participation and continuity to the new Council members, stated that the number of women and young entrepreneurs is increasing day by day and that efforts will be made to solve the problem of investment and employment.

Mustafa Gündoğdu, Vice Chairman of the Assembly of Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange, said that he believes that women and young entrepreneurs will carry out successful works for the region.

TOBB Diyarbakır GGK President Vedat Elibal emphasized the importance of belonging to the Council.

TOBB KGK President Cevher Defne Eyyubi thanked Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mehmet Kaya and TOBB Council Member and Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange President Engin Yeşil for their support and said, “We will strive to increase the chances of success of women entrepreneurs with resources to be provided in areas such as training, financial support and mentoring. We are determined for women to be more active in social and economic areas. We plan to focus on strategic projects to increase women's employment and promote gender equality. Supporting women's entrepreneurship is not only for women, but for the whole society. Such support should be seen as a strategy that can positively affect the overall dynamics of society and the economy.”

Within the framework of the program, the newly elected TOBB Diyarbakır Women Entrepreneurs Council and TOBB Diyarbakır Young Entrepreneurs Council Members were informed about the areas of responsibility and activities of the Chamber and Commodity Exchange, and the Councils were introduced.

The program was attended by DTSO President Mehmet Kaya, Diyarbakır DTSO Assembly President Nevin İl, DTB Assembly Vice President Mustafa Gündoğdu, Secretary General and Deputy Secretaries General, Executive Committee Members and Council Members of TOBB Diyarbakır Women and Young Entrepreneurs Councils.
