Round table meeting in Istanbul as part of the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of the TPS-OIC Trade Negotiations Committee

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with the support of the Ministry of Trade, organized a roundtable meeting in İstanbul as part of the side event of the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of the Trade Negotiations Committee of the Preferential Trade System among the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) (TPS-OIC).
The opening speeches of the meeting were made by Tamer Kıran, Vice President of the Board of Directors of TOBB, and Mustafa Tuzcu, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Trade. Expert speakers from the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development, Indonesia and Egypt participated in the TPS-OIC Round Table meeting. In addition, Ozan Acar, Chairman of TOBB E-Commerce Sector Council, and Umar A. Oseni, Secretary General of the Arbitration Center of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, delivered speeches.
The meeting, which took place in a hybrid format, was attended by a large number of participants from Azerbaijan, TRNC, Mauritania, Hungary, Kuwait, Bahrain and Türkiye.
