Laos National CCI delegation visits TOBB

A delegation led by Oudet Souvannavong, President of the Laos National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI) visited the İstanbul Office of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). During the visit, fruitful discussions were held with TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran on cooperation opportunities.​

During the meetings, the issues of increasing the trade volume between the two countries, evaluating investment opportunities and developing joint projects were discussed. Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed for the establishment of the Türkiye-Laos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum. The MoU aims to take concrete steps to increase economic cooperation between Türkiye and Laos.
