The 62nd Ordinary General Assembly of the Economic Development Foundation (IKV) took place on July 11, 2024. Tamer Kıran, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Assembly and delivered a speech on behalf of TOBB.​

In his speech, Tamer Kıran gave an overview of Türkiye-EU relations and called for an update of the customs union, solutions to the problems of business people and transport quotas.
