Of the 4,588 capacity reports approved in July; 1,205 were in Ä°stanbul, 323 in Ankara, 305 in Bursa, 282 in Ä°zmir, 224 in Konya, 142 in Kocaeli, 137 in Gaziantep, 127 in TekirdaÄŸ, 103 in Adana, 100 in Manisa, and 100 in Manisa.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industry Database decreased by 1.3% (1,235) from 97,207 in July 2023 to 95,972 in July 2024.

According to Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 1.4% (54,550) from 3,953,658 in July 2023 to 4,008,208 in July 2024.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
