Number of domestic goods certificates decreased by 19.8%

The number of domestic goods certificates approved in August 2024 decreased by 19.8% compared to the same month of the previous year. According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35) prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology pursuant to Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1,022 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in August 2024.
Of the Domestic Goods Certificates approved in August 2024, 1,005 are active in the system. Of the 1,005 active certificates, 698 are at the high and medium-high technology level and 307 are at the medium-low and low technology level.
Of the domestic goods certificates approved in August, 174 were issued in İstanbul, 163 in Ankara, 109 in İzmir, 76 in Konya, 50 in Tekirdağ, 42 in Gaziantep, 39 in Sakarya, 32 in Bursa, 28 in Adana and 27 in Kocaeli.
In August 2024, 1,022 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved, a 19.8% decrease compared to August 2023 (1,274).
The total number of Active Domestic Goods Certificates in the TOBB Domestic Goods Certificate Database is 14,605.
