Emission trading system evaluated with ferrous and non-ferrous metals processing sectors

In cooperation with the Carbon Pricing Department of the Directorate of Climate Change and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye; an online consultation meeting was held with company representatives in the ferrous and non-ferrous metals processing sectors regarding the Emission Trading System planned to be implemented in the upcoming period.​
At the meeting, which started with the opening speech of Orhan Solak, Vice President of Climate Change Directorate, a presentation was made by the Carbon Pricing Department.
Following the presentation, the meeting ended by receiving the opinions and evaluations of the sector representatives regarding the process.
