Work carried out in the fight against drought explained in the international arena

The sixteenth Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (COP16) is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia between 2 - 13 December 2024.
As part of the side events organized for the conference, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) organized a panel titled “Experiences of Different Sectors in Combating Drought.”
The panel was moderated by Mr. Saygın Baban, A. Head of TOBB Department of Sectors and Entrepreneurship, and featured Mustafa Urgen, TOBB Türkiye Waste and Recycling Industry Council Member, and Zeynep Derece, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loop Cooperative.
The panel ended after the questions from the participants were answered.
