TOBB represented at Mediation Board Meeting

The December 2024 extraordinary meeting of the Mediation Board, which was established within the scope of the Law No. 6325 on Mediation in Civil Disputes, was held at the Ankara Judges’ House.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was represented at the Mediation Board and presented its views on the current problems and solution proposals of the mediation institution and the Mediation Minimum Fee Tariff for 2025.

Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, who attended the meeting on behalf of TOBB as Advisor to the President and Member of the Mediation Board, expressed TOBB's views on making the mediation institution more effective and increasing its contributions to the business world.
