Marble sector gathered for consultation

The meeting, which was chaired by Ramazan Yön, Vice President of the Türkiye Mining Council, was attended by Mehmet Ali Özen, Deputy General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs; Kerim Özgün Hemdil, Head of Department, General Directorate of Imports; Fatih Selimoğlu, Head of Industrial Investments Department, General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permitting and Inspection; and Salih Arslantaş, Mining Branch Manager, General Directorate of Forestry.
At the meeting where the marble sector was discussed, the participants had opportunity to convey their opinions and suggestions about current problems such as the Implementation Regulation of Article 16 of the Forestry Law, forest permit fees, state right share, natural stone imports directly to those concerned.
