Halil İpek, Head of the Consumer Arbitration Committees Department of the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, attended the meeting to discuss the responsibility of the manufacturer, seller and end consumer in product returns.

At the meeting, which continued with the introduction of the “Sector on Campus” program by the experts of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of National Technology to the members of the Council, the need for intermediate staff in the sector was evaluated by the experts of the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education.

TOBB Türkiye E-commerce Council President Ozan Acar also attended the meeting where the “Dowry Day” campaign was discussed.
