Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Cengiz Günay, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that every problem on the agenda of the sector is closely monitored and conveyed his wishes that the year 2025 will be auspicious for our country and the sector. Ahmet Pura, Chairman of the Assembly, expressed his thanks to the Assembly Members who convened with an intensive agenda, and stated that they are a sector that carries out good works in cooperation with the public.

The meeting started with the evaluation of the Draft Regulation on Cosmetic Products and Studies on Humans, and consultations were held on the expressions used in multilingual labels and packaging in the ÃœTS notifications of cosmetic products, biocidal products and medical devices legislation and practices. The meeting, which also discussed the Draft Procedures and Principles to be Determined within the Scope of the Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, was concluded by evaluating the developments regarding the harmonization with the European Green Deal.
