The opening speeches of the conference were made by Eyyüp Ergan, Chairman of Trabzon Commodity Exchange, Erkut Çelebi, Chairman of Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahmet Metin Genç, Mayor of Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and Aziz Yıldırım, Governor of Trabzon.

At the conference wherein TOBB President Advisor Hasan Çağlayan Dündar as a panelist, the digital transformation journey of SMEs, digital business services, digital sales channels, innovative payment systems, open banking, digital marketing, e-export and digitalization in agriculture were discussed and evaluated in detail in two sessions.
