TOBB Tax Advisory Board convened

The Tax Advisory Board of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) convened under the chairmanship of Board Chairman Fatih Dural, with the participation of TOBB Executive Board Vice Chairmen Ender Yorgancılar and Tamer Kıran, TOBB Executive Board Member Zeki Kıvanç, and Muhsin Atcı, Chairman of the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
During the meeting, Muhsin Atcı, Chairman of the Tax Audit Board, provided information on the KURGAN (Organization Supervised Analysis) System, which was implemented on October 1, 2025, as part of the fight against forged documents. Board members conveyed the problems, opinions, and suggestions they had received from the field.
During the remainder of the meeting, the Tax Advisory Board discussed recent amendments to tax legislation.
