Ali Kopuz Attends the 5th Türkiye-Africa Business and Economic Forum

Ali Kopuz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the closing session of the 5th Türkiye-Africa Business and Economic Forum held in İstanbul with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, and Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa Paul Mashatile.​

Ali Kopuz then met with Ethiopian Ambassador to Ankara Ahmed Mohammed Mahmud, President of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) Sebsib Abafira Abajobir, and the ECCSA delegation.

During the meeting, Ali Kopuz introduced TOBB and expressed determination to develop cooperation opportunities between the business communities of the two countries. In this context, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between TOBB and ECCSA.
