Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Prior to the regional meeting, a discussion program titled “Women Who Make a Difference, Steps That Make a Difference” was organized at the Amasya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The opening speeches of the program were delivered by Murat Kırlangıç, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Amasya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mihriban Akyüz, Chairwoman of the TOBB Samsun KGK and regional representative, and Gülsüm Güner, Chairwoman of the TOBB Amasya KGK.

The panel, moderated by TOBB Amasya KGK Executive Committee Member Elif Kılıç, featured SGK Provincial Director Nurcan Yurt Şenel, Yeşillikler Workshop Founder and Food Engineer Nilgün Demir, and Dofa Metal owner Selma Özabdal, who shared their success stories with the participants.

The discussion was attended by Amasya Mayor Turgay Sevindi, Provincial Police Chief Ayhan Saraç, Kırklareli Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Turhan Altıntel, TOBB Provincial KGK Thrace Regional Representative Ruhan Uzunlar Altıntel, and the chairpersons and members of the women entrepreneurs’ councils of the region’s provinces.

Following the plaque presentation, the TOBB Provincial KGK Western Black Sea Regional Meeting was held at the Grand Amasya Hotel.

At the meeting, Mine Fırıncıoğlu, President of TOBB Bartın KGK, Zeynep Yarımca, President of TOBB Çorum KGK, Gökçe Ülkü Altay, President of TOBB Düzce KGK, Halime Nilgül Şener, President of TOBB Kastamonu KGK, Sevip Yalçın Sarabil, President of TOBB Sinop KGK, TOBB Tokat KGK President Vesile Keşkek Güler, and TOBB Zonguldak KGK President Hikmet Yılmaz, who participated in the meeting, took the floor to evaluate the current status of the projects and activities carried out in their provinces and shared their goals for the upcoming period with the participants.
