TOBTİM International Trade Centers Inc., a subsidiary of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), has reopened the Arkadia Shopping and Business Center in Moscow following an extensive renovation process.

TOBB Vice Chairman Ender Yorgancılar said, “Arkadia is not just a shopping and business center; it is also a reflection of Türkiye's production power, design philosophy, and entrepreneurial spirit.”

Hosting the opening ceremony and also serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBTİM International Trade Centers Inc., Ender Yorgancılar emphasized the great importance of such investments in contributing to the development of commercial and economic relations between Türkiye and Russia.

Yorgancılar stated, “Arkadia, established under the leadership of Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, is not just a shopping and business center; it is also a reflection of Türkiye's production power, design philosophy, and entrepreneurial spirit. It is also a major gain for strengthening economic ties between the two countries and for regional stability and prosperity. In this sense, TOBTİM continues its activities with the aim of enabling the Turkish business world to play a more effective role in international markets, increasing export potential, and establishing lasting economic partnerships. I believe this investment in Moscow is an important part of TOBTİM's vision to expand its global trade network. As TOBB and TOBTİM, we are determined to grow this vision and continue it with new partnerships and investments.”

Emphasizing that a beautiful work has been created, Yorgancılar said, “As TOBB, we decided to change the system and project in the building we acquired, taking into account the need for transformation over the years according to the conditions of the day, and a beautiful work has been created. Located in the heart of Moscow, our Arkadia Business and Shopping Center will contribute to the cultural and economic relations between the two countries with its renewed concept. I hope to see more similar projects. I would like to thank our Ambassador to Moscow, Mr. Tanju Bilgiç, and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Padalko for their presence and support, and all our colleagues who contributed to this project.”

The Arkadia Shopping and Business Center attracts attention with its renewed architecture, modern infrastructure, and commercial areas that will bring together the Turkish and Russian business worlds. The center aims to be a meeting point for trade between the two countries in terms of both retail and business development activities.
