The visit was attended by TOBB Vocational Education Board Chairman Şeref Kazcıoğlu, TOBB Presidential Advisor Dr. Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, TOBB Real Sector R&D and Application Department Head Mustafa Kemal Günay, TOBB Legal Expert Aslı Parmak, Toyota Group Company Aisin Automotive Human Resources Deputy Manager Mustafa Erhan Atar, Aslı Aşık, Founding Director of Aisin Automotive Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, and Hüseyin Yakup Temur, representative of Ford Otosan.

During the visit, representatives of the first three schools implemented within the framework of the sector-integrated school model applied in Türkiye met to discuss the implementation processes of the model, issues encountered, and suggestions for its development.

The Åžeref KazcıoÄŸlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, the first application example of the model, was taken as a role model, and evaluations were made regarding the transfer of the application experiences gained to other sector schools. 

Furthermore, the shaping of school models planned to be established within Ford Otosan and Toyota Group Company Aisin, which operate in the automotive sector, the strengthening of production-integrated education processes, and opportunities for cooperation regarding the resolution of problems encountered in practice were discussed. TOBB representatives expressed their support for establishing the process within an institutional and sustainable structure.
