The event was attended by Hamit İzol, Chairman of the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Assembly; Gökben Gökbulut, Member of the Mersin CCI Board of Directors; A. Saygın Baban, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council Executive Board Member Elif Ülger Yalçın, Mersin University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Yağcı, İŞKUR Provincial Director Yunus Emre Akalın, TOBB Mersin Young Entrepreneurs Council Chair Burçin Köksal, Mersin Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and Tax Advisors President Emin Türkili, and council members.

Opening remarks were delivered by Ayla Harp, Chair of the TOBB Mersin Women Entrepreneurs Council (KGK), Chair of the TOBB Foreign Relations Commission, and Vice Chair of the Mersin Chamber of Maritime Trade, and A. Saygın Baban, Director of the TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department.

Following the opening remarks, a presentation on the activities of the TOBB Mersin KGK Executive Committee was shared with the participants.

At the meeting, Ercan Gön, Deputy Provincial Director of İŞKUR Mersin, provided information on the work carried out to date under the Qualified Workforce Training Program (NİYEP) and the Women’s Employment Cooperation Protocols signed between TOBB and İŞKUR in 2024, while Hatice İğde, a member of the Executive Board of the TOBB Mersin Women Entrepreneurs Council, delivered a presentation on the Digital Accounting Assistant Training Program under the NİYEP Program.

As part of the “Inspiring Women Gatherings,” Elif Ülger Yalçın, Founder of Arabica Coffee House and a member of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council’s Supreme Board, shared her experiences with the participants.

Following the event, the TOBB Mersin Women Entrepreneurs Council Executive Committee Meeting was held to evaluate the council’s activities and the meetings conducted.
