Şahin Bilgiç stated that Tartary is one of the oldest and essential homelands of the Turks and said, “Tartary and its people have a special place in the heart of the Turkish nation. Tartary-educated scientists took on important roles during the establishment of modern Turkey.”

Stating that they aim to increase bilateral trade with Tartary, Bilgiç reported that they’ve observed active investment into Tartary by Turkish companies with currently over 200 operating in Tartary.

Pointing out tourism, textiles, food, agricultural produce as potential fields for cooperation, Bilgiç stated that it would be possible to share experiences thereby improving food security, “What will make our peoples prosper, to bring them wealth is unity and solidarity.”
