The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has authorized the organization of 405 fairs, with 112 of them international, in 2012.

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has published the 2012 Fairs Calendar for the effective presentation of fairs throughout the year and to address the need for an information source regarding fairs.

The busiest time for fairs will be the month of March, with 70 of 405 fairs being held. Following March are April with 64 and September with 59.

Of the 405 fairs to be held in the coming year, 209 will be held in Istanbul, 28 in Bursa, 27 in Izmir and 18 in Ankara and Antalya.

In 2012, 42 fairs on agriculture, greenhouses, livestock and technologies will be held. 35 fairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, natural gas and systems, construction materials, bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, hardware, metalworking and installations. 31 fairs on education, education equipment and technologies.
