The number of the closed companies and  cooperatives decreased by 13,90 % and 27,42 %   respectively, while sole proprietorships increased by 0,11 % according to the previous month.

The number of the newly established companies and cooperatives decreased by 3,82 % and 33,78 % respectively, while sole proprietorships increased by 21,03 %  according to the same month of the previous year.

The number of the closed companies and sole proprietorships increased by 6,03 % and 13,74 %  respectively, while cooperatives decreased by 2,88 % according to the same month of the previous year.

In September 2011, 308 companies with foreign partners were established. 59 of these companies had Iranian partners while 35 had German partners.

During the first nine month period of 2011, 2.611 companies with foreign partners were established. 476 of these companies had Iranian partners while 279 had German partners, 142 had Azerbaijaini and 103 had Iraqi partners.
