In September 2015, 395 companies with foreign partners were established. 144 of these companies had Syrian partners, 29 had Iraqi partners and 25 had German partners.

During the first nine month period of 2015, 3.533 companies with foreign partners were established. 1.148 of these companies had Syrian partners, 261 had German partners and 215 had Iraqi partners.
