Faik Yavuz stated that Palestine and the Palestinian people are a priority for TOBB and that events in the Western Bank and Gaza are always on TOBB’s agenda, “Palestine, among our many endeavors, is most assuredly one of the most meaningful for us. The Jenin OIZ is our project. That is the largest investment we have made internationally. We are very excited. We are eager. We are maintaining excitement and eagerness despite any difficulty.”

Yavuz stated that this project would provide an important source of employment for the people of Palestine, stressing the importance of support for the project.

During the meeting, the delegation were given a presentation introducing them to TOBB. Also attending the meeting was TOBB BIS Chair Ahmet Şekeroğlu.
