Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: bench production; establishments which extract subterranean resources for the purpose of producing in mass or in a standardized manner, using tools or machinery to process half- and fully-processed products to change their properties, contents, composition or shape, fully or partially; informatics technologies and software development.

Of the 1,472 capacity reports verified in July, 359 were in İstanbul, 95 in Bursa, 96 in İzmir, 86 in Ankara, 72 in Konya, 66 in Gaziantep, 42 in Adana, 41 in Tekirdağ, 35 in Mersin and Denizli.​​​

There were no new capacity reports in June in the provinces of Ağrı, Gümüşhane, Siirt and Tunceli.

Total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industry Database is 71,971; the number of employees reported is 2,970,206.
