National Nuclear Technology Development Program holds first preparatory meeting

Under the partnership of TOBB and TÜBİTAK, the National Nuclear Technology Development Program held its first preparatory meeting at TOBB as per the decision made at the Science and Industry High Council (BTYK) 29th Meeting in February in order to achieve naturalization of technology in nuclear plant projects.​
Attending the meeting were representatives of TOBB, TÃœBÄ°TAK, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, TAEK, Science, Industry and Technology Ministry, Adana,Ankara, Ä°stanbul, Kocaeli and Aegean Region Chambers of Industry, TEPAV representatives as well as scientists expected to take part in the technical committee.
Among the subjects discussed were main and sub points for discussion and preparations for future technical committee meetings.
The program will be executed through coordination of TÃœBÄ°TAK and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources while the roadmap for the program will be announced in future BTYK meetings.
