TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay stated that the TOBB Board of Directors is closely monitoring the developments of the sector as well as the suggestions brought forth by the representatives of the sector, and that he is attending the meeting to listen to the wishes and concerns of the sector.

Council Chair Ahmet Pura stated that the council is keeping abreast of the issues of the sector, pointing out that efforts are underway to address the issues encountered in regards to export certificates, Pura reported that they’ve begun preparations for the Turkey Sector Economic Summit.
