The SME Information Site (http://kobi.tobb.org.tr) was established on February 5th, 2005 as per the Prime Ministry Memo 2005/2 published in the Official Gazette. It is maintained and run by TOBB, providing useful information to SMEs in 14 main categories and 97 subcategories.
