Öztürk attended bilateral meetings in Riyadh between Development Minister Lütfü Elvan and Saudi Arabia Trade and Investment Minister Majed bin Abdullah Al Qasabi and Saudi Arabia Economy and Planning Minister Adil bin Muhammed Fakih.

Öztürk attended the meeting presided over by Development Minister Lütfü Elvan and Islamic Development Bank Vice Chair Ahmet Tıktık followed by a meeting with the Saudi Chambers Council along with Minister Elvan’s delegation in Jeddah. He also attended a business luncheon held in honor of Minister Elvan by the Jeddah CCCI.
