Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Held with the participation of justice ministers and high level judiciary delegations from 51 countries, issues such as arbitration/mediation, bilateral investment agreements, legal aid, ombudsman, constitutional judgment and individual application rights were discussed at the congress.

Speaking at the arbitration session on the first day, TOBB Vice Chair Ali Kopuz emphasized the importance of a law system that works smoothly for a good and sound economy.

In his speech, Kopuz talked about the effects and contributions of the arbitration and mediation mechanisms on business life.

He emphasized that well-functioning arbitration and mediation mechanisms would contribute to Turkish business life, making Turkey an international dispute settlement center.
