Merit Award for TOBB TIR and ATA Carnival Directorate

The “Data Analysis for Effective Border Management” slogan was set under the theme of “Data Analysis” as a part of the "World Customs Day" celebrations initiated by the World Customs Organization (WCO).
Customs employees and public and private sector representatives who have contributed in the field of digital customs in Turkey have been awarded with the WCO Merit Certificate for their initiatives and efforts.
The TOBB TIR and ATA Carnets Directorate, which contributed to the successful implementation of the second version of the Transition Document Automation System (GEBOS2) with regards to the 2017 “Data Analysis” theme, was awarded a merit award.
The award was received by Halim Mete, Vice Chairman of the TOBB Board of Directors on behalf of the employees of TIR and ATA Carnets Directorate.
