Audit has been participated by TOBB and TSE technical team as well as  Erzincan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Erzincan provincial directorate of agriculture, Cheese manufacturers, Erzincan General Directorate of Culture, Erzincan Copper Craftsmen and Fancywork Artisans,  TOBB Academic Supervisor and high-level officers.

Within the audit geographically signed “Erzincan Tulum Cheese” and “Erzincan Copper Craftsmen and Fancywork Art” manufacturers visited on location. By explaining the importance of geographical sign to the manufacturers audit carried out in terms of compliance with the specification.

During those audits briefing also given about how to carry out audit works for “Cimin Grapes” which was enabled for protection in Turkey by Erzincan Üzümlü Municipality on 23.11.2000

At the end of the meeting exchange of views carried out for leaguing together with the officials of Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, İŞKUR and Northeast Anatolia Development Agency for discussing future works in order to enable Geographically Signed Products of Erzincan Chamber of Commerce and Industry to come into prominence within national and internal arena. It was decided for necessary works to be started for Erzincan Tulum Cheese registry application to be made before European Union.
