Delivering a speech in the meeting AK Parti Vice President Öznur Çalık said "Thanks to contribution both Professional Competency Authority and General Directorate of Lifelong Learning we, especially by increasing the number of qualified and certified personnel within occupations, shall enable them to get accredited everywhere, in all countries. Hereby it very important to us to increase the number of competency certificates."

In his speech by stating that professional competency is the best example of ahi-order TESK President Bendevi Palandöken thanked to Öznur Çalık for taking on responsibility and making a great deal of effort for the project since the day of opening programme of the project which also attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The meeting was also attended by Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MOLSS) Deputy Undersecretary Serhat Ayrım, President of Bulgaria Regional and Civil Entrepreneurs Union Svetelina Neshkova, President of Professional Competency Authority Adem Ceylan, General Manager of MEB Lifelong Learning Ali Rıza Altunel, EU Turkey Delegation Prof Dr Mustafa Balcı and Head of Departments for ÇSGB EU and Financial Aids Burak Çağatay Doğan.
