Workshop on Draft Regulation on Properties Trade

Regulation Draft Workshop on Properties Trade was held under the chairmanship of İsmail Yücel, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Customs and Commerce with the participation of General Manager of Customs and Commerce Ministry of Commerce Adnan Yankın, TOBB Assistant Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, Ministry of Customs and Commerce Assistant General Manager of Domestic Trade Adem Basar, as well as the representatives of Real Estate Chambers, Real Estate Consultants, Real Estate Federations and other related sector parties.​

In his opening speech, Deputy Undersecretary Yücel stated that it has been observed that the real estate industry, despite being a reliable and high savings potential investment in the long run, leads to various strains in the sector stemming from the lack of legal regulation, and that for this reason it has become necessary to introduce a special legal regulation to the sector.
