Concordance discussed in Antalya

Ministry of Justice, in collaboration with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Turkish Civil Procedure and Insolvency Lawyers Association organized the “Framework of the Law No. 7101 Concordance” Meeting in Antalya. The meeting was attended by TOBB General Administrative Board Member and Antalya Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Ali Çandır, Denizli Chamber of Industry President Müjdat Keçeci, Ministry of Justice General Director of Law and Legislation Niyazi Acar, Antalya Chief Prosecutor Halil İnal, as well as many academicians and judiciary members.
Speaking at the opening of the meeting, TOBB General Administrative Board Member and Antalya Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Ali Çandır expressed his pleasure in hosting the judicial community in Antalya and conveyed the greetings of TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu to the participants. Çandır stated that the business world applied for bankruptcy postponement or concordance due to problems which occur in business from time to time, “The goal of the business world is to survive through difficult periods.”
