The program started with the opening speech of the TOBB Manisa Women Entrepreneurs Council Chairwoman Nilgün Aksoy. Stating that they are honored as the TOBB Manisa Women Entrepreneurs Council to be hosting this event, Aksoy said, “Founded in 2007 by TOBB, the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council today continues its activities as Turkey's largest women's organization with approximately 6,500 members in 81 provinces. Considering that more than half of our society is female, our committees are working to ensure that our women take the place they deserve within the economic and social life by developing a culture of entrepreneurship in terms of quality and quantity.”
