President of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited TOBB

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz met with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan State Committee for Tourism Development Abdulaziz Akkulov and the delegation accompanying him. Sadık Badak, the advisor to the President of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, also attended the meeting.​

During the meeting, in which trade and economic relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan were discussed, information was relayed regarding TOBB’s activities.

Akkulov provided detailed information on various issues such as infrastructure improvements, tax exemptions, ongoing tourism projects and international meetings to be held in Tashkent in the coming period and policies encouraged by the government of Uzbekistan, stated that they want to benefit from TOBB’s experience.
